Meet the Team
Kyle Willis - Financial Services, Founder & CEO
While at Oklahoma Baptist University, I was praying one morning. I already had a passion for seeing lives changed by the moving of the Holy Spirit, but had a skill set and desire for business. After praying that God take one of the passions away or lead me into a calling that could combine them, God just said “Wait”. So after earning a degree in International Business, I entered the business world.
By the age of 25, I was managing and leading a team of 60 employees with an annual budget with expenses over $8,000,000. It was during this season where I developed a sense of what it takes to manage large facilities, lead capital improvement projects, develop organizational leaders, administer large budgets, and direct the execution of long-term special projects. After nearly a dozen years of leading teams in Oklahoma City, Memphis, and Northern California, God led my family and I to Oklahoma to start Talanton Church Services.
Today, my wife Meg, our three awesome kids and I live in the Tulsa metro area and enjoy spending time as a family.
Phil Blount - Live Streaming and Worship Technology
I became a worship leader in college—about the time contemporary worship music became a "thing." Out of necessity, I had to develop the technical skills that go along with that ministry, and I learned to enjoy that as well. After college, I traveled as a chief audio engineer in crusades, concerts, corporate events, festivals, and a large variety of other events. That experience as well as my 30 plus years leading worship are the reasons I do what I do today. Worship leaders need systems, processes, and skilled people to support their ministry in areas like sound, lighting, video, media, and live streaming so they can focus on leading worship well. I am passionate about providing tools, training, and support for worship leaders, musicians, and technical volunteers to make the increasingly complex world of worship and church technology as simple as possible so that ministers can focus on ministry.
My wife and I live in Tulsa, Oklahoma. We love going to concerts and movies, working in our garden, and visiting our three kids and two grandkids as much as possible.

Matt Dotson - Facilities Management Services
My greatest desire is to bless and glorify Jesus, and my favorite way of doing that is through serving His Church! As a part-time youth pastor, I have always had a "tent-making" job to pay the bills. After years of managing facilities in the secular world, I'm thrilled to have the opportunity to spend my days helping other church leaders spend more time on ministry.

When I'm not at Talanton, I serve as the Youth Pastor at South Community Church in Bixby.I am happily married to Angela who is a nursing professor at Tulsa University. We have been married since 2012 and have 2 "fur babies" named Lenny and Luna. We love playing with them, working with our youth group, and going on dates!
Jacquie Clifton – Financial Services
My background and experience range from banking, accounting & office management to managing finances. I also had the privilege of serving as the Accounts Payable Supervisor for a large seminary, and now I get to use all that experience to help churches and faith-based organizations take better care of their finances.
I am a pastor's wife and the mother of two very active children. When I am not at my computer, I love sewing, designing and gardening.
Olivia Kale – Financial Services
I was raised in Anchorage, Alaska and moved to Texas for college, where I graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Urban & Regional Planning in 2019. I worked for a regional public organization after college then a civil engineering consulting firm. These experiences helped me develop my great organizational skills, communication skills with people in varying industries, and my focus to complete small tasks that lead to the large goal.

My transition to bookkeeping with Talanton has allowed me not only to do what I love, but to work from home to be with my amazing children.
My husband and I welcomed our first child in 2021 and we have another on the way! I enjoy being outside doing things like camping, hiking, hunting, and fishing. I love having large family meals and getting multiple generations together. My faith in God plays a crucial role in my life. I am grateful for the support of my church community and enjoy serving in various ministries there.
